Soccer-Kolo Muani wins for Juventus at Como with late penalty

COMO, Italy (Reuters) – Randal Kolo Muani scored both goals for the visitors in the 89th minute to give Juventus a 2-1 victory over Como on Friday. The French forward, who recently arrived from Paris St. Germain on loan, put Juventus ahead against the run of play in the 34th minute before the hosts deservedly tied the score with Assane Diao at halftime. After a second half that offered little entertainment, the game appeared to be headed for a draw until a foul by Como keeper Jean Butez gave Juventus the late penalty, which Kolo Muani slotted home. The victory moved Juventus to fourth place in the standings with 43 points, one point ahead of Fiorentina, who play Inter Milan on Monday, and Lazio, who play Monza on Sunday.
